architetural RETOUCHING of images (object removal, etc)

I need someone who is a workaholic and has basic to above average photoshop skills. I shoot a architecture/hotels, and have a large demand for someone who I can do simple retouching (usually simple) of my images. The work would be things like removal of fire sprinklers on ceilings in a public space, removing scratches on furniture, removing exit signs, removing reflections in windows, etc. I need someone how can do this work for about $1-$2 an image. If its more complex, I'll pay more. I need someone who is: a. consistent b. easy to reach c. works quickly d. uses a mac e. someone who wont decide a week or two from now that the work is too intensive and quit on me. See the attached marked up files. That shows the type of work you would be doing. I send you a marked up screen shot and a tiff file view wetransfer. You do the work, send it back to me.
