We are looking for sofa designers with background at top design houses, With proven experience working on projects of Mid-Century and Scandinavian design. Based in UK is required.
• Designing to specifications and briefs
• Preparing designs for the color studio
• Producing layouts to send to suppliers
• preparing portfolios for selection
• Producing artwork to design briefs for selection
• Able to use design software develop the product from scratch. Ability to create a 3D model is preferable
Skills preferred:
* Ergonomics and aesthetics.
* Design development - prototyping/digital model making.
* Detailed understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
* Photorealistic product rendering/visualisation.
* 2D CAD - detailed drawings.
