Book cover and illustrations

Hello,
we ask for the creation of a binding cost estimate (creation of the cover for a book and optimization of illustrations), in which the following services are included and no further running costs are incurred. Designs for the cover may also be proposed.
In the book are 20 illustrations or tables. Some look very good, maybe one illustration needs more work but it is still very simple. The graphics should fit to each other. For example, within a graphic, a description should be inserted and the like.
You will find the detailed description in the .pdf which is English and German.
