I work for a builder and we have many home designs and each of them have separate prices for similar or same items.
I want spreadsheet or similar where I can enter these items and add or delete further items as needed and for these to be dynamically included.
For each house design I want to be able to select that design and choose multiple items, those items to be listed individually and their prices to be listed individually and then summed.
This information then needs to be presented in a PDF format to be able to present professionally - there are 2 different PDF forms I have that I want this information to be exported to - together with images that correspond to the selected items.
I have attached the PDF presentation file, the excel for that presentation file and the H&L Flyer form.
I want to be able to complete the H&L Form and The Proposal Forms as easily as possible from the 50+ home designs and 50+ individually priced options for each design. As well as importing the corresponding pic into the PDFs depending on design and items selected.
