I need a professional website designed and developed. cost is not the criteria, it is more about the way you take up the project and meet, if not exceed my expectations. I am not into giving feedback point by point and spoon-feeding the people I work with. I need you to demonstrate what you think is best suited for my product/service.
It is about selling a membership and I want prospect clients to be able to differentiate between the average product and mine which needs to look premium. I have got all the content written and will provide you logo. I don't have any specific style I want neither I am going to show reference websites because that will take away your freedom.
It is a website that needs to be updated on an ongoing basis which I am capable of doing myself, but if you are hired and you do a good job, I can retain you to maintain it for a monthly price with good incentives based on how well you maintain it.
What I don't like is freelancers asking me small details, but if you have relevant questions, you can ask as many as you want to and I will be happy to answer because its important we have all points sorted out upfront and don't have discussions at a later stage without a real purpose.
I am not into hiring someone based on popularity or reviews, but someone that is passionate about what he/she does and can prove it to me beyond any doubt, I have many more websites that need to be built in coming months for myself, my customers and need someone as a long term partner. I have completed 600 + projects as a freelancer and also completed 200 + as a client which means I am always full of work and am in the top 5% freelancers which will help me get noticed by other customers that send me invitations which I decline most of the times due to poor support from freelancers I hire.
This can easily become a long term relationship and when I say that, I mean that, how you keep it up is your look out and you are going to type how many projects I completed as a freelancer on top of your bid proposal so I know you have read my project entirely and not copied/pasted your proposal.
I have a simple, yet efficient selection criteria. I will take time to go through all proposals that come in and will respond to each of you personally because I know it hurts when clients don't respond to our bids, so whether or not you are hired, you will surely hear from me and I will point out discrepancies if any in your bid/approach towards my project which will help you for future clients.
I am open to budget negotiations which come at a later stage, but you first need to convince me that my time is worth discussing with you.
good luck and may the best win this and more to come.
