1- who sells products: All our products will be our own products. No third party seller.
2- whare are products?: All products are electronics: Phones, TVs, Tablets, Ipads, Computers.
3- what are the categories:?: A) TVs: Samsung, LG, TCL brands and accessories
B) Computers: Desktops and laptops ( HP, DELL, ASUS, APPLE MACBOOK and Acer and accessories
C) Phones: LG, SAMSUNG , APPLE IPHONE, HTC, HUAWEI, ASUS ZENFONE
D) Tablets: Samsung, Microsoft, SONY , HP
E) Ipads: Apple Ipad,
F) accessories.
4- PayMent options: Paypal. Mobile money, Cash at local warehouse pick up
5- Shipping/delivery option: Kigali at office pick up, Free delivery within Kigali, Courier delivery around the Nation.. ( Charges to be specified???) ... These options should be indicated under each product order now button... in a drop down menu fashion
6- Availability of products: Indicate whether product is '' in stock"' or out of stock''
7- Condition : Give option to list product as used, new, refurbished. and these conditions should appear on product page , clearly so that customer will know if new, used or refurbished before he considers to order.
8.- Place to give enough products details. and pictures, clear pictures....
9- place for newly listed products
10- place for discounted products, trending products, best selling products, promotions etc. which should appear on homepage, while other listings can be seen by searching.
11- Search button should be clear and search results should be matiching search word... If i type samsung s3, i should get results matching samsung s3 or at least close ones if that phone is not in database.
12- Order page for customers and order management for administrators.
13- About us page, terms and conditions, etc
14- Location of business , contacts etc should be highlighted on top of website , maybe in header or footer if possible and should always indicate address, phone and email.
15- ways to link our social media: facebook page, twitter, and Youtube and instagram as we plan on having those channels
16- Affiliate programs
17- And any other feature you will imagine which will make our products website easy to manage and market....
Please let me know : cost, duration ( when will you finish it), what you require to start working, and when you want to start working.
Finally we would see if we need a Mobile app, or you can customize the website to be mobile friendly so we don't need a mobile app. but you can tell us .... in either case, the website must be friendly on desktop, mobile and tablet.
