Project Proposal: Complete Rebranding of Active Education
Introduction:
We are an Outdoor Education company based in Adelaide, South Australia, that has been providing School Camp Packages to South Australian Schools for over 30 years. We are seeking to rebrand our company and require a skilled and experienced freelancer who can create a complete brand style guide, design a new logo, and develop templates for website, letterheads, business cards, and email signatures. The project should be completed in stages, with a total time frame to completion of approximately 7-12 days.
Project Scope:
The scope of this project includes the following deliverables:
• Create a complete brand style guide that includes brand voice, brand colors, typography, and brand imagery.
• Design 5 logo options that represent the company's vision, values, and services.
• Develop templates for website landing page, letterheads, business cards, and email signatures that are consistent with the new brand identity.
• Provide all deliverables in multiple formats, including Canva and graphics as vector images.
Project Timeline:
The project will be completed in stages, with a total time frame of approximately 7-12 days. The following is the proposed timeline:
• Stage 1 (Day 1-3): Brand style guide - Develop brand voice, brand colors, typography, and brand imagery
• Stage 2 (Day 4-6): Logo design - Design a minimum of 5 logo options and present to client for feedback and revisions (if required)
• Stage 3 (Day 7-9): Templates creation - Develop templates for letterheads, business cards, and email signatures
• Stage 4 (Day 10-12): Finalization and delivery - Finalise all deliverables and provide them in multiple formats, including Canva.
Potential For Additional Work:
Following the completion of this initial project, there may be the option of additional work available for the freelancer, including but not limited to the following:
• Complete Website redevelopment - Develop a new website that is consistent with the new brand identity
• Document templates and layouts - Create templates for various documents, such as brochures, proposals, programs, invoices, and sharepoint pages
• Social media templates - Create templates for social media platforms that are consistent with the new brand identity
• Marketing plan - Develop a marketing plan that will help us promote our services and reach a wider audience.
