Design marketing image on eBay

I sell movie tickets on eBay. However, there are lots of competitors on eBay selling the same product. I am looking for a graphic designer who can create an eye-catching image that will
advertise
1.) my product
2.) that I deliver in 15 minutes or less
3.) that I have sold over 100,000 tickets and vouchers on eBay
4.) my eBay handle on it so that no other sellers can use my image (this has been an issue, every time I create a nice image, someone steals it and uses it on his/her listings. Any ideas would be great)
I would like it in a format that I can manually adjust the bundles that I sell (Maybe powerpoint?). I've attached some samples of what I have used.
