Design print ready playing cards (no fancy desing requirements)
Budget $30-250 USD
- Design a set af 4 colors planning poker cards (13 cards each) with 1 back.
- Adapt 17 cards with an existing design to the printers format. 10 of them are square and have to be adapted for standard card size.
- Design / Adapt an existing design (add our logo) for 3 different backs
- design a cardbox
- coordinate with the printer if there are problems with the supplied media.
All copyrights belong to us. Work has to be delivered in AI and/or bitmap format. Ex. Adobe illustrator and PNG or Adobe Photoshop and PNG or Inkscape and PNG.
I will be very slow to respond - please be patient.
Please provide some rough design examples for planning poker cards and a link to previous work. I will send you more detailed information if your proposal looks credible.
Please offer your bid-price for the above designs with a few interactions regarding the designs. Feel free to offer your price.
Card Set Design and Preparation for Print

Planning poker Cards
--------------------
File: Scrum Cards sets 1-2.pdf Provided as an example. Main error with this card set: missing number value in the corners, logo on the bottom is not very nice.
Has to be redesigned. Same design concept for all cards, then 13 values (0, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 ,13, 20, 40, 100, coffee cup, question mark, infinite).
Suggestion, include our logo (see file "smartgecko_banner.jpg" or "smartgecko orange vertical.ai")
Decline in 4 sets of colours, possible with different icons. In the first printing batch, we'll only include 2 colours.
+ 2 explanations cards on likewise design (e.g. "Scrum Cards Additional Cards (2).pdf". 58 Cards in total
All these cards have the same background to be designed with at least our logo, be creative!
Delegation Poker

Front design remains, adapt to printers instructions to fit size and bleed
Adapt instruction card to proper design.
Back design to be adapted to include our logo. I can provide a photo of a collegue's design. To be kept close to the M30 design.
Moving Motivators

To be adapted to a rectangle format and printer's instructions (bleed etc.). Increase font size in the speaking bubble. Speking Bubble can have 3 or more lines since the card will be higher.
Adapt instruction card to proper design.
Back similar to Delegation Poker: include logo.
Descriptions
------------
max. 12 cards with similar design to the explanation cards of Planning Poker Cards.
Same back design for these 12 cards. Must include ou logo and look nice :-)
Text will be provided (in French).
Box
---
All those cards will be packaged in a carton box. The box' design is 6 sided + flaps with a nice new desing. The title will be "Agile Toolkit".
An example of a previous box is "Scrum Cards Box.pdf" for general layout. A good box desing would be like: https://store.mountaingoatsoftware.com/products/planning-poker-cards, but not with a photo.
It has to reflect our corporate colours in general. See: "Charte graphique.pdf", but a catching design is very welcome.
Additional information
----------------------
Our corporate fonts will be made available (Sonic, Raleway, Flexo). Managment 3.0 uses the Archer and Paquita Font. The logos will be provided in ai format.
The printer's requirements in terms of fileformat, colour setting, bleed, size and arrangment (1 file for each card, all cards on one file, all on one page...) is not defined yet.
The cards are standard Poker Card size, roughly 89 x 64 mm plus bleed.
In addition to the printer's requirements, the files have to be provided in original format (Adobe Illustrator in general) without converting fonts to curves and preserving layers as well as in pdf and bitmap format (non compressed, 600 dpi).
All rights of the provided work and designs are transferred to Smart Gecko AG, Switzerland.
Start of work: design work can be started immediately, preparing to print only after final printer's requirements are available.
