Design a simple HTML5 template page for a freelance translator

Looking for a single, light HTML5 web page template with a nice/professional design that will be used for a freelance translator that offers his services for official document translations.

The template needs all the regular items such as header, footer and menu area. A very simple matching logo is to be added to the header as well and all texts should be directly editable from within the source code as the template will be used to create some other pages and menu items will also be edited.

The page should also contain at least one H1, H2 and image and some random lupsum text. Some language selection mechanism needs to be provided for French, English and Spanish languages. The logo located on the [login to view URL] web site should also be placed somewhere, maybe in the footer (?), this to show that the translator is a member of this organization ("Member of:").

Please also see attached file for a list of competitors' web sites; I would like something that differentiates from them in term of quality and professionalism.

Note that my budget is around $50 and there is no rush to finish the project.
