Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
As a UI-UX Designer at Kanguro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our three applications, catering to delivery drivers, pickup points, and end-users:
1. UI Design: You will be responsible for reviewing and designing functional interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring seamless interactions for our users. Your designs should be rooted in a strong development perspective, with a deep understanding of how to create components in Figma.
2. UX Design: Your primary task will involve ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience across all our applications. You’ll optimize workflows, navigation, and overall user interaction, keeping in mind the development process.
3. Collaboration with Technical Teams: You will work closely with our development and technical teams, ensuring the practicality and viability of design solutions, making sure they can be effectively implemented.
4. Responsive Design: Your role includes ensuring that our applications are accessible and fully functional on a wide range of devices and screen sizes.
5. Continuous Feedback: Gathering and analyzing user feedback will be integral to your responsibilities. This feedback will drive ongoing improvements in our applications, aligning them with user needs and expectations.
Future Outlook:
1. Prototyping and Testing: As we progress, you’ll have the opportunity to create interactive prototypes for testing and validating design concepts with real users. Iteration based on feedback will be a key focus.
2. Product-Oriented Mindset: We highly value a product-oriented approach, where you understand the context and can design optimal interactions for our users, contributing to our mission of providing an exceptional user experience.
Working Conditions:
1. Type of Contract: We are seeking a full-time team member to join us. The contract format could be freelance or adapted to your needs, as we are open to international contracts.
