Real Estate Agent needs to have (2) workbooks, one for Sellers the other for Buyers, typed, edited, formatted with new images (in place of the mountain) and logos and branded (we are still working on branding) to go with new marketing campaign. We currently have a template, see uploaded file. Buyer Workbook is similar.
These workbooks were shared for us to use for our business, they are not copyrighted. Some information does not apply, anything on Les Bailey & Associates would be changed to Agent's Name/Team Name.
