Enhance graphic designs and artifacts

We have a mockup of logos and designs that we like. We need someone very skilled at photo editing tools to make images and gifs. The ideal person should: 1 Understand modern mobile app design and have created futuristic abstract designs. 2. A very good eye for colours and contrasts is not scared of bright colours at the same time understands business/professional colours. 3. Proficient at image editors and to create micro animations. Scope of work: 1. 2 logos that work on a different background (We have a general idea in a mockup, but someone who can take it to professional level) 2. App icon and splash screen, 1 each. Provide ideal background color for an app (1 page) 3. e-business cards. 4. Review our app, website, and landing page design and provide suggestions. Note: We do have legal paperwork to sign before we begin. To enforce these laws we can only work with someone who lives in India and is willing to give his/her aadhar/Pan card.
