Excellent webdesigner wanted

Greetings freelancers,
We are looking for someone to help us out with a webdesign for our new website. The design has to have a fresh and clean look, where the target audience is everything from 18 years to 80.
I personally have made a draft in Photoshop of what we are in general looking for, but I am not a designer and therefor I need your help.
Keep in mind when you are designing the pages, that we are going to use a lot of CSS!
Note - We only need the design to be made in Photoshop for every page, and you do not have to implement the design - this will our coder do.

What kind of website is it?
The website is a new reverse auction site, same thing as ifreelance, getafreelancer, rentacoder type of website.
How many pages?
Well we need a complete design of the whole site, which is approx. 20+ pages. Everything from searchbars, loginpage, create an account, help,
faq, list projects, header, footer, mainpage, left side boxes etc...
Icons?
Icons we have and they will be provided by us. Your mission is to pick those that fit your design the best.
