Looking for a work-from-home position with high and stable pay? Delesign is a fast-growing design agency based in California looking to hire talented designers like yourself for our available remote positions.
Delesign provides unlimited design services to a wide variety of English speaking clients from all over the world. Our clients include everything from individual entrepreneurs all the way to companies with thousands of employees.
As a Delesign designer, you’ll work directly with several clients - acting both as a designer and a “project manager”. There will not be any actual project manager, as you will be their direct source of communication, completing all their design projects.
Our clients are able to request 2D animation, motion graphics, website/app mockups, graphic design, logos, illustrations, and more. As such, you must show that you are able to create all of the above through your portfolio.
As you’ll be working directly with our clients, you must be professional yet also friendly and approachable. Our designers work hard and are able to effectively manage both their time and their clients’ many projects. This is a fast paced environment in which only those who are truly motivated and dedicated will be able to find success.
Those designers who show high performance will be rewarded with recurring bonuses, increased responsibility, and promotions. We’re a rapidly growing company that provides many opportunities for our designers for their own personal and professional growth.
Those who pass our initial screening will be sent a design test. Those who pass the design test will then be scheduled to have two interviews with our management.
We are looking forward to learning more about you.
