Graphic Designer to Create a Template for Short Term Rental House Notes

Need a skilled graphic designer to create a template similar to the one attached for my short term rental house notes. Text to use with headings is in the second attachment. Pictures can be from stock images or ones I supply. Project could be expanded to include additional work in connection with the branding of the property for someone with requisite skills. I also need a template to create signs to frame inside the house. Frame size will be either 3x5", 5x7" or 8x10". I want the ability to edit the text in both templates on my own as the information changes.
