I need a responsive website to be designed and created.
The website is to be created using wordpress.
The website will be a website for hotel rooms reservation (multiple hotels) + car rental reservation.
I will need complete graphic design from scratch, which means that the chosen freelancer will have to send me samples, with which we will construct the desired design, and then the freelancer will create that design for us (PSD).
Once graphics are approved, the PSD file will be needed to be converted to a wordpress template of course.
We will provide the logo.
The graphics design MUST be nothing less than amazing, including the latest slider effects etc. Clean design yet impressive.

A few clarifications and a change to the milestone division:
Please understand, agree and confirm the following:
1. Website is to be a wordpress website and is to be 100% resposive.
2. Design from scratch is needed as the first stage. Design ideas will be sent by the freelancer to us, for us to choose, make remarks and changes, until the final version is created. No limited number of revisions. You can use muckups/wireframes at first if you wish.
3. PSD will be converted into a fully functional wordpress template.
4. Graphic design and UI is VERY important. Including post-design effects such as rev slider, or any other amazing looking slider.
5. The websites includes pages, contact form, and booking pages (hotel+car) as implied in the original project requirements.
6. Photos and images for the website are at your sole responsibility. We might choose some of them for you, but in general, it's up to you to choose amazing looking photos which are relevant and which are royalty free.
7. Paypal gateway is to be implemented on the website.
8. SEO friendly website.
9. Completely whitelabled website (no mentions of you or your company)
10. You must find the best possible solution for the booking parts of the website. If a plugin is needed to be purchased, we will purchase it.
11. Daily reports are to be sent to us showing your progress. Skype/email.
12. There are 4 payment milestones: 10% upfront payment, 30% after design is approved, 30% template is completely ready and functional + plugins operate perfectly, 30% project completed to our satisfaction.
13. Turnaround time is to be 21 days at most. If you stated a shorter timeframe, this section is not for you.
14. The sections are to be considered in conjunction with our previous project requirements, besides the milestones which have changed a bit. All that was written in the original project requirements is still valid.
