Infographic / Image Banner for website

Hi,
1. I want to replace the contents of an image of a screen within my website banner with an ISOMETRIC image.
2. I want to replace the content within the screen while keeping the look and feel of the website I am building but with the following content displayed within it.
-97% of consumers read online reviews to find a local business.
-49% of consumers need at least a four-star rating before they choose to use a business.

3. The problem is that in different screen sizes some of the picture is not visible so I need the image to display at least two of the above points in all screen sizes. You can view the website in different screen sizes here:
4. I understand really small screen sizes this will be difficult. But for the most used desktop screen sizes 13" Notebook and above can you tell me what you think is possible. Obviously for bigger screen sizes we can provide all of the above information.
