Instruction sheet created from existing wording, existing logo and in A5 PDF format

Hi, I have a instruction leaflet to be created on an A5 sheet ... I have the logo and the wording to add to instruction sheet I need to copy the words from the sheet and place in the correct place on the sheet and maybye a suggestion of a small design on sheet but nothing to much ... wordcount is about 500 and this will fit on an A5 sheet x2 sides.
I have attached a screenshot and removed logo (I have this) and black lines going through company info.
Completed format output to be in PDF format.
