Livestream TV channel Website -- 2

I want to build a Television Channel Website which telecasts its channel 24 * 7 through website. I have the design already developed however now I need to develop the back-end of the website to be build. Please find attached the project Description document attached to the Project Details. *** Design is already prepared*** 1. We want to telecast 24 * 7 TV through Internet, along with testimonial videos available for users to watch at our website. 2. There will be also Video On Demand Section for those who subscribe for the content by paying certain monthly subscription or yearly subscription. 3. Website will also have features for the visitors to donate money to the Channel. It should have a channel to accept donations. 4. Website should have the ability to handle Blogs and the ability to publish new posters of Programmes that run on the website. 5. Television Channel Programme Schedule list also available for the users to know list of programmes at what time. The website should be a Responsive Design for all Device sizes. We will not use Youtube - Possibly using a Virtual Private Server (We will hire one if we need) or 3rd Party Solution (we will buy a subscription)that will help us to implement this project.
