Looking for Graphic Designer with marketing knowledge for a digital product project

Hello there,
I'm a psychotherapist looking for the right fit graphic designer to create and advise on marketing a digital product called New Therapist Starter Kit.
This starter kit will be made up of:
1) Two different sets of intake forms (the current format of my intake forms is Google forms)
2) A clinical notes template
3) Questions to ask prospective clients during an initial consultation
4) A page outlining the admin end of things (i.e. Excel template for how to track your finances, video platforms, renting office space, simple website creation info)
5) A one pager of suggestions on how to market yourself as a new therapist
6) A one pager of suggested trainings to do at the beginning stages of one's therapist career
This kit/package should contain some relevant basic illustrations and/or icons throughout.
In addition to a sharp, creative eye for design, you must have some marketing knowledge and provide suggestions of three different platforms or ways I can best sell this starter kit, and an Instagram post to market it.
My main social media presence is IG (no real branding there) and I have a website ([login to view URL]). My brand colors are teal (#09B1BA) and dark red (#8b0000); I don't have a specific or streamlined branding identity or logo.
This is not a rush project, I am still working on some of the content and my timeframe for this project is approx. 3 months. I am not in a rush and I won't rush you.
I need someone who is willing and able to communicate, who is open and comfortable with feedback, questions and revisions as we go along, as I will be for you.
I am very open to feedback and suggestions and we will work as a team, with you being the design and marketing expert and me being the content expert.
