We are in the process of changing our branding to be brighter and bolder while telling a story about us or the coffee farm or co-op. My first project involves correcting the coffee labels on the attached images. The problem with the labels is the logo needs to be on top as per FDA regulations. We do have three different size versions that need to be fix on two of the coffees and on one of the coffees.
The next project is to redo our label on the Blue Heron Espresso Nicaragua Selva Negra and our new Guatemala San Marcos Manos Campinsinas coffee. These will need a front and back label with three versions for the front label and one to three versions for the back label. The differences on the back label are the UPC codes which the printer may be able to add the bar code at press time. . The look needs to be like the attached labels. The Blue Heron should have a drawing of a Blue Heron or a drawing of the Safe from Snares bridge emblem (image attached). For the Guatemala I have several ideas:
The Quenzental Bird – national bird
Guatemala colorful buses
Hands and coffee - Manos Campisinas means peasants hands
Colorful women outfits (need to be careful as the patterns and outfit combinations change by region)
The files all must be formatted for printing according to Consolidated Label printing requirements.
