We are intending to create games for Android and Apple. So currently we are in the preliminary stages. We are willing to pay a fix amount first for the concept art that you can provide. Concept is more towards cutesy human-cat design. Art piece should be similar in quality and concept to the attachment. We require 2 - 3 pieces. Will pay in SGD and require the person to be in SG if possible as we are a group based in SG.
