I need a graphic artist- for a new pet treat business

Hi there. Our business has just developed a pet treat recipe and already have the distribution side sorted. What we need done now is to create a logo a theme for our Product and packaging design. We do not have a budget as this is the first time we've looked into doing this. Could you please let me know a ball park figure of what it'll cost to work with you.
