I need to make a minecraft mod that is based around canoeing, fishing, and a prebuilt map of a famous provincial park.

I would like to build a Mod that would give minecraft players a canoeing, fishing, and portaging experience of the wild Boreal forest of North America. The mod would have the following but other mods could provide some help, like streams for example.
Custom Canoes / Boats
Custom Maps that are built from the maps of the actual places. First example Map Is Quetico Provincial park
I want to build a huge map that is separated by many rivers and lakes, i want to provide a real map the provincial park as the way that people interact with this map. They will see the same wildlife and fish as well, the same shapes of rivers and the make up of lakes will be the same. It will essentially be a guided tour.
Fishing Overhaul, with each region of the park giving you certain bonuses for catching fish, like we can create a table where each region has a tally of your fish totals, you get prizes and gear for completing all the quests in one region. Maybe the quests are more random as well like turn in logs, food, bear pelt, etc. doesn't always have to be fish.
The fishing mechanic could be made more interesting by actually creating a fish finder screen that you hook up on your boat, and you have to click when the hook is at the depth of the fish on teh screen, like a little mini game, then you reel him in and it could also require you clicking on the screen at certain timings to reel him in faster.
The idea of quetico is because its a canoeing destination. So the mod would include every type of gear for camping in the woods, foldable saw, knifes, rope, backpacks, fishing tackle (can be upgraded), canoes (faster or slower or better fishing). clothes, fishing rods, a camera.
The mod would be great if it were accompanied by shaders
which can be added.
