We would like to create software or web app like this ::- [login to view URL] You can check the functionality based on that you can decide the price but what i need is API solution which still in the pending situation. Before that we can't go ahead for development. You need to provide me three things. 1) Either you provide demo or something to show the odds for one sport like cricket and then we test that odds frequency. Our user will place bets on odds so odds must be faster and every second it needs to updated as per the API response. 2) Either provide the complete solution documented like how you call the API and which API ? Does it server call or you store odds on server database and then app will retrive odds from server stored odds which must not be a delayed. ? 3) What is the precaution you will take care to protect your IP address will not be tracked? (NOTE::- Make sure we don't want to use license so IP address must not be tracked otherwise it will be blocked.) Gambling license required around 40 to 50 K $(USD) which i don't want to go. So if you have solution for API which is not tracked based on the concept you implement then we move ahead with next step. 4) We are open for the third party Paid API so if anything monthly charges for API we are ready to provide [login to view URL] need to suggest if you don't have any solution for Betfair and pinnacle API. You need to ask API provider for odds delay this will be part of your research. Again make sure third-party API provider must provide odds like Betfair. Type- I am a developer in the starting else the bid is canceled and revoked to Freelancer.com.
