SRS for developing an WEB application for efficiently delivering the consensus broker estimates service to Mutual fund clients.
1) The Mutual fund reports are in MS excel with hardcoded input and calculated items & ratios. Ideally, the financial items are same for a company and done by an analysts.
2) Each broker will upload the quarterly/annual/ reports of the various companies in Excel format.
3) System should check the excel file cell by cell and should update the database (MySQL). If the excel file is missing with some data like revenue/ EBIT etc then system should prompt the user about the EXCEL input.
4) Once broker uploads excel file, then the Manager should get intimation about the new file update and can edit/delete/accept the file. Once the file is accepted by Manager then the database should be updated with the respective entries of that company as per excel file input.
5) Basis the Data available in the system, manager should be able to generate the various reports for Company evaluation.
6) Separate Client Login module (Paid versions to client, needs payment integration) for accessing the company reports validated by the mutual fund managers.
The various reports shall be shared with the shortlisted freelancers basis the draft proposals. We are open to the development firms if they are reasonable in the costing and shall standby with the committed services.
PHP, MySQl and the Android Mobile applications (only clients can access the reports through the Mobile applications)
