PowerPoint redesign by a graphic designer - 10 slides 2 designs - needs to be done quickly

I have a PowerPoint (Microsoft PowerPoint 2013) and it needs a professional touch. I have been let down by someone so I am looking someone who can work at short notice as I have to have my powerpoint for 9am UK time as my presentation is Wednesday UK time
The urgency is a MUST - do NOT bid unless you have time right now to work on this as there is about 12 to 14 hours to complete this and I need a confirmation this can be done before awaring the task
It needs a graphic designer to make it look good. There are 12 lides but only 6 to 8 need a revamp.
The logos etc will not change it is just making the text look better and changing some of the graphics and on the 6 slides the slides need to be designed better. They have pictures but they are plain and not very exciting
I want to do two new designs so there are 6 to 8 slides that need work and two designs means you have maybe 12 to 16 slides and the budget is $50 USD but it MUST be completed in the next 12 hours
