Product and Packing Design for Footwear

Job Description:
I'm looking for a product designer who can create a cool design for my sports footwear.
The design I need is for sport shoe insoles. We have a logo basic idea, but you should apply your own creativity.
Requirements:
- You need to come up with a concept for the design. You may need to provide more than one in order to find the best design.
- After the concept is approved, you will have to finish the work and render it as it should look.
The end result must be:
3 Designs that are the same, only the color will be different (Our insoles will be sold in 3 color variations, but the pattern will be the same).
You will need to provide all .ai and psd files related to the work.
You will need to provide 3D render of the final design after it's approved.
Package design:
We will provide dimensions for the package design and also basic info about what it will be included. It's you who will need to provide the creativity part.
