Redesign Flyer

PLEASE REVIEW AND UNDERSTAND FULLY THE BELOW BEFORE OFFERING:
I have drafted a 2 page flyer (8.5" wide by 5.5"tall will be the final dimension ordered - horizontal orientation). the draft is attached called "mock up- front" and mock up - back"
I need someone with creativity, marketing and advertising experience, as well as graphic design experience to revamp this flyer.
I am inexperienced in those 3 areas, the current flyer looks very amateur. The content desired is already decided and on there, it just does not look very visually appealing.
I am looking for someone to take all of the same content (photos and wording) and completely redo/revamp the flyer to be modern, creative, eye catching, visually appealing.
A main concern of the first page of the mock up , is that the 2 photos on the black background do not fade/blend in nicely.
The backside(2nd page) of the mockup that is just 4 photos we pretty much line how it is but please feel free to offer any ideas you may have for improvement.
All the content used to create the mock up will be provided, as well as some additional content you may wish to add. please note the 2nd page's background needs to hae the brightness lowered to match the mock up.
