T-Shirt Designer | fixed salary | 25 designs/week

Hello, we are German entrepreneurs in the field of POD (Print on Demand) and we’re in this business for two years now and sold many t-shirts in Europe and America. The business is growing steadily. We are currently 2 people and are looking for designers to put the creation of the designs in professional hands. So that we can take care of other things, like marketing and organization. We are searching for 3 designers to join our aspiring team. WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR: - Designer for a long business relationship - most important thing: You make your own designs. Drawn by sketch. (which means you must be able to draw.) - working time: at least 25 designs/week (no scaled designs) - professional skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity Designer or other related software. - Knowledge of trademark rights (No Spiderman, Disney or Hulk t-shirts etc.) - Google Drive (for the workspace) - Responsibility - Good English Communication WHAT WE ARE OFFERING: - Long business relationship (at least 12 months) - Fixed Monthly Salary - Bonus payments also possible (depending on the work you’ve done) - for example monthly salary can go from $150 to $300 depending on the work - Easy communication via FB Messenger, Skype and Google Drive ONLY THE 3 BEST WILL WIN: Because we only want to have really good and responsible designers, we do a small competition. =) If you make it to the next round, we'll send you 3 test orders to design in your own unique style.
