Sketchup or 3dMax - ASAP!

I am working on a presentation for a BIG Auto show (NAIAS) mid-January and unfortunately have a tight deadline.

In a last minute inspiration the idea came for our car's body and would love to get something a SU model for the show.

I found several objects in the 3D Warehouse that can be readliy incoporated to create the car.

Is it OK to use existing models from the 3d Whs for somehting like this, do we pay the creator a fee or?

Basically it's involve taking an existing [url removed, login to view] and stretch & streamline to look like a Tatra (below) and meld in the front end from the Alfa Romeo.SU. (I have files & pictures)

Then Modernize it a bit and try to give it a 'old school gangster' car nuance.

Tatra T97 (more links will be provided)

Does this help with a picture?

This would require a little artistry & creative input but I'd take almost anything if it can be turned around quickly!

Thanks a million.
