Our company is looking for a graphic metric based on Tom Rath's "Strengths Finder 2.0" that will allow us to identify at a glance who has complimentary skills.
Each member of our company has taken the Strengths Finder and their top 5 strengths are assessed in order. For Example...
There are 34 themed strengths in total, each one complimented by a handful of the other strengths.
Let us say the above strengths belong to Dave. Because Dave's number one strength is "Futuristic," his skills will work best with someone who has "Activator" or also has "Futuristic."
This is where your graph comes into play! Dave looks across the graph and realizes that Bob (whose number one and two strengths are "Activator" and "Futuristic") will be the perfect partner for this project. However, I should stress that the goal of this infographic is to display whose skills are complimentary to someone who may not be familiar with the Strengths Finder's themes.
In addition, we would like this metric to be designed with scalability and expansion in mind with the ability to add new employees and remove old ones.
