I want a ticket booking website for my travel agency with freshdesk like ticketing feature in the backend for issue tracking and live chat support.
1. Basic ticketing website;
2. Will work as manual site;
3. Home page UI will be same as other ticket booking websites;
4. Once people enter their travel details, they will need to submit their contact details and passport scan (optional) to receive prices.
5. Website should have live chat support, from chat UI users should be able to book flights( Flow for this should be handled by freshdesk like CRM by my staff).
6. So 2 types of booking system should be handled by CRM (Booking like other website and booking through chatUI);
Note: Above tasks is for stage 1. Once completed we should plan to integrate Galileo api too.
