We need a database/software that works like gorilladesk, or razorsync, combined with freshbooks, calender, and client portal..
we do property maintenance not preoperty management...meaning we go in and fix them, not lease them.
unsure if we will host software or keep in cloud, whatevers easier and affordable,
unsure if we will need mobile integration but it would help.
the client portal is the important part
currently, we use the following multipe softwares and it sucks,...repeated triple entry, not organized..
Freshbooks/invoice Simple for invoicing, estimates

database is on paper
