I need some changes to an existing website.
Can you give me a quote if you develop from scratch with apps. I can write down main requirements as below.
1- There will be three logins type on the system @)admin and staff b) Landlords c) users
2- admin will be able to control backend, create staff logins and check billings and reports. Admin can see all Landlords details and their properties and paid and unpaid invoices.
3-Staff will have varied access rights.
4- Landlords will have their own dashboard, where they can see their listed properties, amend information and deactivate property once rented.
5- Users will also have their dashboard where they can see their saved properties.
6- we also need api/xml communication between yourent and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL](property marketplaces)
7- We also need a referral/affiliate program for users and landlords. We will offer 5 levels of commission. 15-2-1-1-1%.
8- There will be a referral link for each user in the system. Link will be available to landlords and users.
9- we will calculate for each user every month that how many levels he is entitled to earn commission. If there is active payer in particular he will get only level 1 commission. Min requirement is 5 direct members to earn 5 level commission.
10- We need a referral tab on user/landlords dashboard. To join and create referral link they have to agree to terms and conditions.
11- We will calculate their commission every month and transfer to their wallet. They can request to withdraw these commissions via bank transfers. In order to request bank transfer they have to provide bank details.
12- They can withdraw this commission anytime. Min withdrawal amount is £25 and fee payable £4.99
13- Landlords can use their wallet to pay their subscription/yourent charges.
14- Property listing form is required to list the properties. The fields will include property address (matched with google map or royalmail post code database) no of bedrooms, bathrooms, dropdown to select furnished, unfurnished or landlord is flexible. Then we need a description box with text editor. We also need tick boxes for property features and landlord criteria questions like is this property available to smokers. You can try to do a listing on [login to view URL] and experience the whole process. We also need image selection option and a radio buttons to select the front image and master plan.
15. After completing the form, system will create a preview and give options to amend if needed. If ok landlord can click for next page and we will show him packages with comparison. Once landlord select package and he will be asked to make payment if needed. After this property will be displayed on yourent and relevant marketplaces.
16- admin will be able to define packages, their prices and benefit associated with them. There will be 4 variable in package. Price, no of properties in package, its one of or monthly subscription and wether marketplace listing included in it or not.
17. Landlord will be able to deactivate property anytime.
18- we will collect package payments via Stripe.
19- We need to email paid invoices to landlords.
20- Front end function should be similar to current yourent website except in map view we only need to show train stations not bus stops, we need to show school like [login to view URL]
21- Current website has contact form for each property, we need a messaging system, where landlord can see all messages related to his/her property and he should be able to reply from there.
22- We need search boxes on home page and property page. These should be similar to [login to view URL] except we need to use miles instead of km in search box.
23- We need social icons to share property

25- We need apps for android and ios tablets and mobiles.
26- We need a voip system to connect calls from user to landlords. When a user will call no it should ask the property no. From property no system will identify the relevant landlord and we will then connect the call.
27 - While adding the property we need to ask landlord, how he want yo be contacted. Via email or phone. If he selects phone he has to provide a no starting with 01 or 02. Rest of all nos are not allowed.
28- we will calculate referral system on 5th of each month for previous month.
