Our focus now is on scaling our business and getting the word out about our innovative products and services. Online marketing had worked well for us and we're looking for the right person to take it to the next stage! You'll be working with our VP of marketing and the multi-cultural, fully-distributed marketing team.
Our ideal candidate MUST have proven experience in scaling digital marketing channels, who understands social media, has strong analytical skills and can take a project and run with it. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our diverse sales channels (wholesale, retail, automotive car dealer). Implement new customer acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for coming up with outside the box growth strategies to acquire new customers. - Execute and monitor all A/B testing on current and new marketing funnels. Coordinate all changes to marketing campaigns based on A/B testing. Implement and optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. Regularly perform market research on competition and customers in order to create effective marketing strategies. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing all data. Development and maintenance of a brand style guides. Assist with recruitment of contractors. Assisting with the ongoing development of our marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Co-ordinating and/or implementing marketing campaigns including display, social, email, diversity. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget - Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns to drive incremental business. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. Preparing online and print marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications. Coordinating the creation of a wide range of different marketing materials. Working closely with designers and/or design agencies and assisting with new product launches. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activities. Strong analytical and project management skills - Good communication skills - Graphic design skills preferred - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools - A good sense of aesthetics - Ability to direct the design process to ensure great outcomes - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement - Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn - Adobe suite of products knowledge preferred.
