I need a nutritionist to give some advice in the ingredients we put in our smoothies.
We want to know if we put the right ingredients all together. Know the nutritional benefit, nutritional facts and if it is safe for all ages. if it's okay to consume everyday and how many amount can a person have per day, and also what are the things we need to improve.
Our goal is to make smoothies as a food alternative to, Fast food, sugary dessert, we want to promote healthy digestion, boost immunity and weight-loss.
