Ruby on Rails Frontend Web Developer for long term projects

Job Description:
I have 5 projects with status of WIP and 8 projects queued, I’m working full backend now and I need some skilled front-end ruby on rails web developer that has a good knowledge and experience using google maps (do you have better alternatives? all suggestions are welcome) and my expectations of your skills on UI/GUI are very high!
I hate dirty fixes! If you cannot develop something good, then don't do it at all.
I will hire 2-5 freelancers.
This project is focused on frontend but if you are more of a backend dev/full stack dev let me know so I can plan what tasks should I give you.
Skills
MUST!
- Google maps API (Alternatives are ok as long you can show 1 or 2 projects that you have worked with using the API)
- Best UI/GUI knowledge (experienced web designer maybe?).
- Good communication between us!
- TDD
- API
NOT REQUIRED BUT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
- AWS
- Heroku
- Architect (planning and building structures of projects)
My plan is to test you under 3 weeks and if you deliver as expected then I want to continue working with you, I can open the time lap for 6 months, after that we will continue working until further notice.
