My already implemented project is an online class room the lets the teacher broadcast his lesson to his remote students. The students can also communicate with the teacher through text and voice messages. Online students appear the teacher and students can view older lessons through the website, among many other features that already used to run properly. The project uses red 5 as the streaming server and it was built with Ruby, Flex, Adobe AIR on windows 7 using the great Adobe IDE, Flash Builder.
The project has been implemented in 2013 and it used to run properly. Now, many issued appeared that prohibited the program to run properly. Maybe that is because of the newer Adobe Air, new Windows and the new Browsers. Mainly, using flash to display videos and streams is not acceptable in 2020 and all browsers will stop supporting it.
What I need is:
1- Replacing everything that uses Flash with HTML5
2- Fixing any problems that appeared recently from both teacher and student sides.
3- Upgrading to the newest version of Red 5.
The following video explains the project and clarifies the problems:

Finally, it is expected that I will need to make the site more mobile friendly or even need to build both Android and iOS. This is not needed now, but the accepted developer will be the first candidate for the next phase.
