webpage adjustments

I need a programmer that can work quick and get this right. I need the work done in the next 2 hours. Here's what I need: 1) I will provide you with 2 parallax website templates 2) I need a red arrow from one template to be added to several parts of the second template. The arrow allows the user to keep scrolling down on the page until they reach the end 3) the template that I want to keep has several sections that I don't want to keep and others that need to be renamed. For example, I want to keep the About us, Works and Contacts sections but want to remove the Services and Gallery sections 4) The first section of the parallax template that I want to keep has a black downward arrow and I want to replace that by 2 buttons. One will say Take the tour the other Start now and will be linked appropriately 5) I want to replace the font on the template I want to keep by one used on the other template 6) I need all non used .js and .css to be removed from the script in order to keep it clean
