Upload products to Shopify store - Optimise images, edit text and basic HTML

Seeking freelancer with strong all-round experience managing websites and content, in a relatable time zone to Sydney, Australia.
I am looking for a long-term partner, someone I can call a co-worker. You must be very handy with all things admin and web; specifically things like image editing, Photoshop, copy editing, HTML, Wordpress setup, and more.
Your application will be highly valued if you are fluent enough in English to communicate directly with our clients via email and instant messaging. University level qualifications also highly valued. You must be able to approach difficult problems logically, as some of our content requirements are very unique and complex. Full-time or consistent part-time freelancers are also heavily preferred.

For this first job, we have already set up the product categories and individual products in a Shopify website. It's not essential to have experience with Shopify, provided you are very competent with websites and CMS' in general. We would like you to upload up to 30 products, using your initiative to update any product settings or categories as you go.
The specific jobs for you are:
1. Find product assets in Google Drive folder
2. Resize and compress product images - you should be good in Photoshop in order to help with more images work in future.
3. Copy body text into product description - you must have fluent English in order to proofread text and make minor edits. And of course we need to be able to communicate well if we're working together.
4. Copy 2 different text lists into product description, each product has a Features list and an 'Inclusions' list which are styled differently - you will need HTML knowledge in order to upload this text with the right styling.

Please note this is a gateway job. While the tasks here may seem simple, we are looking for someone who is heavily overqualified. The tasks above should seem almost trivial to the ideal candidate.
We are keen to build a long term relationship with the winning applicant, so please ensure you have strong skills across the board. It's essential that there is some overlap in our working days, so please make sure you are available sometime between 9am - 3pm Sydney time.
