Create a Wordpress Template

I need a Wordpress theme created to either 1). look more or less like our existing ecommerce site, or 2). have a complementary look/feel to the existing site. The ecommerce site is basically our mothership with the existing Wordpress blog as an extension, or perhaps a department, of the whole enchilada known as "our website." The theme that's on our Wordpress blog now is customized to somewhat look like our existing/main site, but it's a pretty sloppy effort. Basically, I want a better visual version of what we have in Wordpress. We use the blog mostly to post product tutorials for things we sell, answers to FAQs, and tips/techniques for customers in our industry. This is not a request for a crazy-wicked integration into our ecommerce store; this is strictly about creating a well executed theme that works with our existing colors, fonts, and layout.
