HTML Bootstrap 5 Website Mods - Nav Tabs & Recaptcha

We require the following work to be done:
1. Nav tabs on this page: [login to view URL]
In mobile view the nav tabs need to become a drop down menu as in the attached picture.
Here is the link to the example provided, I believe its for Bootstrap 4 however: [login to view URL]
2. Links to the page above need to be able to navigate to specific tabs. Example: Equipment for hire -> Portable showers needs to go directly to the page above and the "Portaloos" tab selected. Currently it defaults to "All".
3. Recaptcha is not currently doing the trick - we're still getting a lot of spam. I believe this is because currently we're only doing client side validation and not server side. Id like recaptcha v3 set up with server side validation.
