I would like tuition and assistance with creating a web based troubleshooting tool.
Backend/CRUD functionalities are not needed at the moment (All data should be present in json files), CSS is also not important for this project.
I would not like that each troubleshooting step represents a new html page unless there is no other solution.
- The troubleshooting tool will be structured as a decision tree.
- Each page/troubleshooting step may have images, radio buttons and/or text fields.
- Each time the user advances to the next step a bit of text is stored so that it can be shown in the end of the troubleshooting.
- One of the features will be displaying an IP address based on a given input (computername). An ipaddress map will be stored in json to get this data.
In the first page it would show a text field asking what is the name of the computer. In the second step it would ask where is the problem reported (PC, Printer, Payment terminal, etc) using a radio box. If the user selected printer for example it would then ask if the problem is with printer not installed, out of paper warning, documents are not printed but they stay in the queue or other."Other" option should have a text field that is then.
I am more interested in learning how to do this tool then having you do it.
For this reason I will pay hourly for the tuition.
Thank you for your attention and happy bidding.
