Setup an Online-Database Error-System with corresponding Frontend in Flutter (webapp)

Hey Everyone,
we are looking for someone who can build a simple webapp with following characteristics:
Import some existing data (csv) in an online database (for example Firebase). The data should be visible in an online frontend (webapp) in Flutter and structured and designed in a special way. Changes to the database and an errorhandling where errornous lines would appear on the frontend, then manually corrected and reimported with a button should be integrated. Finally we want to export the correct data again via an csv file.
The inputfiles will be provided. A first design of the frontend will be also shared with you.
