We are a small heating/cooling company with many staff on the road performing quotes. We have Sharepoint 2013 and use it for storing quote forms, etc. We would like to develop a form that our reps can fill in while they are onsite, just general details such as customer details and a few details about the type of heating/cooling required. Some fields would be lookups from simple static lists that we will provide. We also need the ability to upload signed acceptance forms from our customers.
