terminal UI website template

Hello, we need a website template that looks like a terminal window. More specifically, it should have 2 window panes. One pane will have a list of messages to open, and the second pane will have the body of the message. This is similar to a command line terminal mail program such as Mutt. The pane windows will need to be user configurable so that if a user is on a phone it looks good with the panes on top and bottom. And when a user is on a desktop, the windows panes can be right to left orientation.

The UI will need to also respond to user navigation to scroll down the messages and select to open them. There will also need to be hot keys that allow you to run commands on a pop-up window pane for various functions used for searching and go-to message directly for example.
The messages that will be displayed will be accessed via a Firebase API.
