Our company decided to implement Dynamics HR and we are looking for a HR consultant that can help with the designing the architecture of our HR processes based on best practices:
General HR organization
HR roles, recruiters, responsibilities
Recruitment (3 recruitment processes with different subprocesses)
Onboarding after hire decision
Leaves and absences
Secondary processes (Company transfer and Different ethnicity flows)
Employee and Manager Experience:
A dedicate team will implement the technology but what we need is a HR Consultant who can help us successfully implement all the suitable HR processes in Dynamics HR and help outline our strategy for the upcoming years.
We already have a HR team, but we need someone with more experience that can analyse all the processes we have and propose the best practice solution for recruiting and management and also help design an interactive and engaging employee experience.
We are looking for someone on a project base contract but with a possible opportunity for a long-term collaboration.
