HR Consultant - from Pakistan

I am looking for a HR consultant from Pakistan, who has extensive experience hiring for digital agencies and software companies.
We are a digital product design agency, building an in-house design and development team. We are considering making 4-5 new hires within the next 2-3 months, for various roles like PMs, QAs, Designers and Developers.
- We require you to have min. 6 years of experience as a an HR consultant, with at least 2 years in HR Managment.
- We are looking to hire from Pakistan and we require you to be a local.
